NARHC Webinar – New HIPAA Privacy Rule: What RHCs Need to Know

January 15, 2021

Dear RHC Community,

On December 10, 2020, the OCR announced new proposed rule changes to the HIPAA Privacy Rule. The changes are focused on improving care coordination, case management, and patient rights. Much of the new rule changes are clarifications of existing rules, so you do not have to wait to get started!

Join NARHC and our expert speaker, Sarah Badahman, CEO and founder of HIPAAtrek, for a free webinar on January 27th at 2 PM where you will learn what the proposed changes are, what you can start to implement today, and how to prepare for the rule changes.

Sarah Badahman has spent over a decade in the Healthcare Administration field and particularly, the past ten years mastering the field of HIPAA Compliance and Risk Management. She holds a Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics and a Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology and Policy and is the Founder and CEO of HIPAAtrek. As an expert in HIPAA compliance, Sarah has developed and administered HIPAA compliance training programs for numerous health care organizations.
